Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) have announced the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) exams date sheet for year 2023. These exams are also commonly referred as intermediate or inter exams. The date sheet for both first year and second year (11th and 12th classes) have been announced by the Federal Board.
FBISE HSSC Exam Dates
The very important dates to remember about the Federal board intermediate exams 2023 are as follows.

Normal papers for both first and second year students will start from May 25, 2023. However, Papers for first year students will end on June 16th while for second year students they will end on June 17th. Practical exams will start on June 15, 2023 for the both first and second year students.
FBISE HSSC Exam Paper Timings
The majority Federal Board exams will take places in the morning shift, however, on some days, examinations for some subjects are scheduled to take place in the evening as well. So the students will follow the following timelines for their respective papers or examination in the morning or evening shifts.

Note. Practical exams will start simultaneously from June 15, 2023 along with last few papers. Also papers will start on exact same time in all examination centers.
Recently, Federal Board changed the passing marks percentage from 33% marks to 40% marks, so that new passing marks percentage will be applicable from these 2023 intermediate examinations. If you are interested you can check details of change in passing marks percentage by federal board. Also Federal Board have recently introduced new grading system and they will gradually start announcing the results in grades, GPA and CGPA instead of marks.
