Pakistan Army to launch battle in south waziristan

Pakistan Army is going to launch a battle in South Waziristan in few days. According to Pakistan Army Spokesman this battle was being planned from last 3 months and now in few days Pakistan Army will clean up south Waziristan from the militants. This the toughest strong hold of Taliban Militants and this battle will not be piece of cake. Last three months Army had been planning about this battle and studied the on ground situation and now is left with no other option. Pakistan Security forces wipe out 34 more militants

In South Waziristan Pakistan security forces eliminated 34 more militants in the clashes. Pakistan security forces were backed by the gunship helicopters and about 26 of the militants were eliminated by gunship helicopters and several others were injured. However, Tehrik-e-Taliban have claimed that they have killed about 45 security personals in these recent clashed. But this claim of Tehrik-e-Taliban was not confirmed by any of Government or military sources.

Today 6th Sep, 09 Nation celebrated its defense day recalling the achievements of Pakistan Army, Navy and Air force in India-Pakistan War back in 1965. Back in 1965 before dawn India attacked Pakistan with thousands of troops initially triggering a proper war between two Nations. Pakistan Army’s Clash in waziristan, four soldiers and nine militants died

In south Waziristan Pakistan Army came across the militants which triggered a gun battle. Four Pakistani soldiers and nine militants were killed in the incident. The clash was took place on Wednesday. The area where this fight between the Pakistan Army and militants was took place was the strong hold of Taliban militants. Operation was initiated by Pakistan Army to re secure this Taliban strong hold area. The Pakistan Army personals when attacked the area, they were backed by Army gunship helicopters.

11 more militants die and 28 arrested in a military operation

As part of on going military offensive by Pakistan army, another operation was conducted in swat and Malakand areas. In the operation about 11 more militants were killed and security forces were able to arrest 28 more militants. Along with the others captured from different areas of swat and Malakand seven of the militants belonged to Sufi Muhammad group, these handed over themselves to security forces in Mohmand Agency. The captured people also include a militants’ commander named as Kabir. Military also recovered  some looted items from the captured militants in some areas. Also four suspected militants were arrested with arms in Chor Banda.
