In Upper Dir after the mosque explosion killing 38 people, local villagers got armed against the Taliban militants, they started moving towards the areas where Taliban are residing. After this Pakistan Army also sent the gunship helicopters to help these armed men against those Taliban militants.
These people had formed an organized force against Taliban, this force consists of 1200 local villagers, they already attacked some of Taliban resident areas and killed about 200 of Taliban militants. Pakistan Government already encouraged such local forces, this will help Pakistan army in this war and above all such locals will be handy in pointing out who are the locals and who are the outsider militants.
